Eligible Organizations
Dompé supports only Qualified Recipients (Any independent third-party, public or private) which are well known, established organization and/or organizations that have been deemed by the Review Committee to be reputable, for example:
- Healthcare Organizations: any legal entity that is a healthcare, medical or scientific association or organization (irrespective of its legal or organizational form) such as a hospital, clinic, foundation, university or other teaching institution or scientific society.
- Non-Healthcare Organizations: organizations where the mission is well-known.
- Patient Organizations: a non-profit legal entity (including the umbrella organization to which it belongs), mainly composed of patients and/or caregivers, that represents and/or supports the needs of patients and/or caregivers.
- Medical Associations and Scientific Societies: nonprofit organizations of proven reliability inspired by the dissemination of medicalscientific knowledge and by scientific research.
Dompé does not provide grants, donations and sponsorships to:
- individuals;
- social or labor organizations;
- organizations that discriminate for any reason, race, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and national origin;
- political parties
Dompé does not accept or provide grants, donations and sponsorships:
- that have the intention to promote unapproved products, including investigational products or unapproved uses of approved Dompé products;
- when the goal is the development of a publication or scientific / medical guidelines (e.g., , textbook chapters, consensus standards) if the independency of the initiative cannot be respected.
- to induce, reward, or influence the purchasing, prescribing, formulary placement, or use of Dompé products;
- that elicit an explicit or implicit agreement for the recipient to use, recommend, or prescribe a Dompé product;
- to support the inclusion of Dompé products on a formulary or formulary negotiations;
- to influence any act or decision of a government official to secure an improper advantage;
- to subsidize activities which an HCO or Third-Party organization is already required to perform, or customarily performs, as part of its normal business activities such as business meetings;
- to underwrite the requestors ordinary overhead costs (i.e. overhead not specific to the request), such as their training of staff;
- are intended for members of a specific practice or institution and are not broadly advertised to other potential attendees or
- for entertainment of the attendees

To ensure thorough review of your grant request, the following information must be submitted:
If the category is a Fellowship/Scholarship, provide the following information:
- Description of proposed use of funds or benefit in kind
- Identification of co-requesting organization(s) (if applicable)
- Identification of covered Third Party involved, (if applicable)
- Funding Requesting letter (if applicable)
If the category is a Educational Grants, Patient Education or Medical or Scientific Grant, provide the following information:
- Program details, name(s), date (s), and location(s) and/or Agenda (draft acceptable) with the audience identification
- Identification of co-requesting organization(s) (if applicable)
- Identification of logistical partner, travel agency involved, (if applicable)
- Funding Requesting letter (if applicable)
Philantropic and Charitable Contribution, provide the following information:
- Description of proposed use of funds or benefit in kind
- Identification of co-requesting organization(s) (if applicable)
- Request Letter (if applicable)
If the category is Corporate Affairs Events, provide the following information:
- Program details, title, date (s), and location(s) and/or Agenda (draft acceptable) with the audience identification
- Identification of co-requesting organization(s) (if applicable)
- Identification of logistical partner, travel agency involved, (if applicable)
- Request Letter (if applicable)
